After a lifetime of falling down and getting back up, and wIth the help of many proven mentors, I've transformed and developed successful methods for what I call Creative Life in Motion- using your body's ecosystem as your compass to accomplish purposeful action.

Now I use what I’ve learned to help people just like you find guilt free time to feel amazing in your body at any age.

My Story

I always knew I wanted to entertain and help people. 

When I was 7 I began writing stories. My favorite part was sharing them to anyone who'd listen.

I struggled most of my life years with my body. Even when I was in the best shape of my life. I thought I was dealt with the bad hand, hort straw, lost the DNA lottery.

If I could sum up my life in a theme it would be "I didn't know I could until I did."

I spent a combined 17 years in cosmetics and health and fitness industry where I helped thousands of women access their strength and beauty from the inside out.

I later pivoted to Managing Partner of CE Analytic Ltd. An agency I run with my husband, Barry Wilson.

I am currently the educational content producer, and CFO.

In my transition, I put all of my dreams on hold and kept telling myself I'd get to them one day. I started falling off my TODO list repeatedly, making promises to myself I wouldn't keep. Then I bonked. My body hit burnout, and my nervous system needed a serious rest, so I took it, and I picked up the pen again, mostly for self awareness.

I recalebrated my nervous system using nutritional education, and exercises designed to calm the body instead of the intense vigorous exercise I had used for years to "get in the best shape of my life"

All I had to do was start.

I realized what got me to where I was wasn't going to get me to where I wanted to be

In 2021, I wrote and self published my first book, "Be Weightless- Like Your Body, Love Yourself" inside of 90 days.

Then I wrote, produced and began performing a One Woman Show titled "My Body is My Home"

What's your catalyst? Wouldn't it be better to be proactive? Start now? You don't have to do it alone.

Why I Do It

When I look in hindsight at my lifeline and my health patterns it feels incredibly clear to me how the mind body and purpose are connected, and how important it is to find flow- not necessarily balance, but flow.

Optimal health is a side effect of what we do daily. We fill our bank account of optimal health for the next decade in what we do today.

So often people, including me, wait until we have no choice. What if we were more proactive?

Time will never just show up for us.

The work and TODO list will always be there and keep coming faster than we can drink it.

Your body is an ecosystem- You deserve to live your best life now and you don't have to wait for that feeling.
